A Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) is a neutral, unbiased real estate professional who has completed rigorous, application-only training through the The Ilumni Institute, a leading education provider for divorce related real estate professionals. Taught by attorneys, judges, mediators, and industry leaders, the coursework spans months and prepares CDRE's to:
- Prevent and mitigate conflict between divorcing parties
- Navigate legal complexities specific to family law
- Facilitate a fair and efficient real estate transaction
